VIBS teaches math to students in grade 3 to 7 through lessons that introduce concepts in a simple and accessible way. We welcome students at any skill level of math to learn, improve, or sharpen your math skills.

This is an advanced course designed for students who want to build a strong foundation in physics by learning key concepts typically covered in Physics 11. It is especially well-suited for those planning to take AP Physics 1, as it introduces many of the same topics, including kinematics, fluids, and circuits. This course helps students develop problem-solving skills and conceptual understanding that will support them in more rigorous physics courses. Whether you're preparing for AP Physics or simply want a solid grasp of physical science, this course offers a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.

VIBS recommends that students have a strong understanding of algebra and trigonometry before enrolling, as these math skills are essential for success in the course.

An advanced course aligning with the curriculum for Chemistry 11.

This course aligns with the curriculum for AP Psychology, a high school course at the college level that explores the scientific and systematic study of human behavior and mental processes. Students will examine a wide range of topics, including research methods, the biological foundations of behavior, cognition, development, learning, and social psychology.

VIBS will help students in understanding key psychological theories and concepts, while also learning how to apply them to real-life situations and everyday experiences.

VIBS’s English Language tutorial program aligns with British Columbia’s K–12 curriculum and helps students build essential skills in reading, writing, speaking, listening, viewing, and representing. Whether students want to sharpen their grammar, write more creatively, or become more confident speakers, our program offers personalized support to help them succeed. Each learner receives a customized education plan based on their unique needs and abilities.

Our experienced tutors use interactive lessons and engaging activities to make the process fun and effective. With the right support, students not only improve their communication skills but also gain confidence in the classroom and beyond.

In French, students will explore several grammar concepts, including the simple past, the imperative, the simple future, the conditional, etc. In addition, VIBS will teach students everyday vocabulary, reading comprehension, and how to write in French!

In Chinese, students will be aided in basic reading as well as actional conversation. As well, students will be offered education about the wider culture of the global Chinese-speaking community.
